Frequently Asked Questions
Why can I spot a hair replacement wearer a mile away?
In some cases it is not the fault of the system wearer. When too much hair is added to the replacement, an unnatural look usually results. Many clients don't receive instructions on styling. Some are just lazy and don't wash their hair. Some can't afford a new hair system when it wears out. Brad Olson has talked to too many new clients who admit their hair system looks unnatural, but are embarrassed to improve because people will notice the change! After a brief discussion, most agree and let Brad Olson improve their appearance.
Will my new hair system look natural?
YES! We back it up with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely happy with your hair replacement, we do not expect payment.
Why should I replace my hair system?
Because the least amount of hair is best, so scalp can be seen through the hair and for the hair to remain soft and manageable. Additionally when you are a member, you tell US when you want a replacement.
Do large hair replacement companies charge more because their systems are of better quality?

How often should I shampoo my hair system?
You should shampoo your replacement every day. If it is bonded, simply wash it in the shower as you would natural hair. If it is removable, follow the instructions below:
1. Gently wash with a conditioning shampoo.
2. Pat dry with a towel.
3. Use a Leave-in conditioner.
4. Put the system on while it is still wet or it will not look natural.
5. Brush style with a vented brush.
6. Spritz the system with spray gel.
